We are pleased to have completed the CX Forum’s client portals research project into the experiences firms were providing via these tools.

This initiative created a powerful dataset about how firms were using portals to replicate and improve experiences for their clients, as well as to generate entirely new and valuable experiences.

Five key findings answer the following questions:

  • What was the focus of current functionality and did it differ from firms’ future plans?
  • What effect can different digital services have on client experience?
  • How were firms getting clients to adopt digital experiences?
  • What feedback had they received?
  • What were the most useful engagement metrics and what were firms doing with this information?
